DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order Processing

• Tank Air orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order date.
• Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address.
• Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).
• Please note that we can not guarantee an order change, such as if you request an address change or cancel your order. We will try our best to complete the request. However, we cannot change your order if the package is shipped before we can complete the request. If we cannot change your order, please try to contact your carrier.
• Shipping times may increase during high-demand periods.
• Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

USA Shipping

• We charge a flat rate of USD $12 for all shipments within the US.
• Orders over USD $500 will require a signature delivery and typically arrive in 2-3 business days.

Lost/Stolen Packages

• Tank Air is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.

Tank Air reserves the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued.
